Mark,

We've settled on 1/72 scale because it's large enough for RC and still managable for static modelers and those on limited budgets.

The kits will probably run in the $120-$250 range depending on size and complexity of the kits. We're also looking at 2 types of hull, fiberglass for the RC types and resin for the static modelers.

We've also got our hearts set on creating a series of boats...some of the subjects will include:

Type VII (and variations) - 37"
Type IX (and variations) - 42"
Gato/Balao (and variations) - 52"
IJN Type B - 59"
RN 'U' Class - 31.75"
Italian 'Fluto' Class - 35"

and...if sales go well...

IJN I-400 - 66"

Obviously, we won't be putting everything into production at once, we also want to focus on some WW1 subjects in this scale as well.

Stay tuned.

Jeff
