It sounds to me more like a re-tooling job of their original Revell U-99 kit.?
I doubt it very much, if Revell would spend huge amount of money in a
totally new design of Type VIIC U-boat kit. The cost needs to be put into
consideration too.!

BTW: A nice 1.48 scale U-boat kit would be nice to consider. eg: IXB U-boat kit from Revell/Monogram?
