Hi Eric,
It all depends on the type of Sub you want to build... Modern, WWII, or earlier?? 2nd go to www.subcommittee.com and look through their vendor list to find your kit. They can come as a hull only, or a complete hull and WTC (Water Tight Chamber). You need to get the Tx, Rx, servos, etc... This is a very technical and interesting hobby. It's not a cheap endevor. Good luck on your new project, and I hope to hear from you again.
