EITHER....unless you buy a PE set which will make both
model ships stand out. Please remember plastic model ship kits in 1/350 scale do have many limitations on detail & valve for money. But the Tamiya Bismarck is a good proven kit for years.
Good luck....& think about adding a PE set.?
