Hi Anakin,

U-69 (Type VIIc)-K.L.Metzler will have the Laughing Cow. I found this in the book "Uboote" by Jean-Philippe Dallies-Labourdette the Histoire & Collections page 81. There is writing below the emblem "Lavache Qui Rit".
