Torpedo Tube Flood Holes, etc

Hey friends!
I've fixed the anchor location and the torpedo tube lenghts, and am now at a quandry on the flood holes (torpedor tube). They too are incorrect and with the corrected tube doors they look even worse! About a year ago Jason (Modelbrass) mentioned possibly doing a PE "Flood Holes" set but it's not materialized. Any suggestions other than re-drilling them with a #75 bit?
I'm also replacing the rivets that got taken out in fixing the above. I have a spare (craked) hull so I have plenty of rivets! Any other suggestions here (Archer transfers has discontinued their dry transfer rivets).
Finally, anybody have a good photo of the aft tube door?
