I found a much easier way to print out and assemble posters of uboat pictures and schematics. Instead of manually cropping or scaling you can just use a program called pro poster. I tried several different programs which do the same thing but I found this one produces the best results. All you have to do is select the image you want to make a poster of and how many sheets you want it to be on etc. Then tell it to print and it automatically handles the margins and puts dotted lines where you need to cut. Nice and easy. I got an old full version off torrent. If you download the current trial it will put a stamp/watermark type thing on every sheet. Anyone who wants the old version send me an email and I will direct to where to get it.
