As I know a couple of years ago the Heeresgeschitliches Museum in Vienna ( [www.hgm.or.at] ) sold plans of K.u.K. U14, which was quarried from France (its original name was Curie).

There is a Hungarian book about the K. u. K. u-boats by Károly Csonkaréti: Gyorsmerülés, published by Zrinyi ISBN 978 963 327 421 7. There are a couple of plans and drawings of WWI subs of the Austro-Hungarian Navy.
I am not sure that those are good enough to build a scale model. They are similar to those that are in the books "Vom Original zum Modell", but without the many other information and photos.
