Hello Maciek,
I got a photo copy of the book from a book seller in Germany for $150.00 (If I remember correctly?). Most of the time he doesn't respond to my emails. I am in the process of making a copy and sending it to Captain Jerry Mason at UboatArchive and he is planning on posting it on his web site.
