Depth indicators

Hello everyone.
Can someone help me with finding depth indicators for the 1/144th scale Type XXI uboat from Revell.
I tried to apply them on the model, but as soon as I removed the soaked decal from the paper, it broke up in countless pieces...
Even a graphic would be helpfull, I can scan it and print it to a plain decal sheet...
Any help is most welcomed...
