1-35th scale r/c typeVII or IXC

I am looking to build a type 7 or 9c U-boat in 1-35th scale. I am going to attempt to make a fully functional, self ballasting submersible. I have seen model r/c boats in 1-72nd but these are usually surface vessels. Any ideas where I could obtain detailed plans for such an endeavor?
