Rigele U-Boot-Kommandant in zwei Weltkriegen

Hermann Rigele war sowohl im 1. Weltkrieg ("U10", "U17", "U20", "U31") als auch im 2. Weltkrieg ("UD1", "UD3") Kommandant von U-Booten.
Gibt es noch andere solcher Offiziere?
Oder war er der einzige?
