Im Buch "U-boottyp XXI" von E. Rössler wird gesagt, dass eimal die Flak auf ein unbekanntes Flugzeug (ohne weitere wirkung) geschossen hätte. Der Hafen war entweder Gotenhafen oder Kiel (Auf jeden Fall Ostsee). Der Turm selber war mit 2cm Zw. Flak ausgerüstet, die vorgesehenen 3cm waren noch noch "Frontreif".
