13.11.41, gegen 14.00 Uhr, Angriff auf das brit. Schlachtschiff "HMS Malaya" und den brit. Flugzeugträger "Ark Royal" nahe Gibraltar, auf 36.03 N/ 4.45 W, mittels Torpedo-Viererfächer . Die "Malaya" gelangte in den Hafen von Gibraltar, die "Ark Royal" (22.600 BRT) sank wenige Meilen davor. Sie verlor ihre sämtlichen Flugzeuge.
