Projekt 1417 - Torpedobootzerstorer?

Hi guys!

I recently uncovered a MASS of documents pertaining to "Projekt 1417". It is a Torpedoboot with 3 smoke stacks, and quite large. All documents are from Vulkan-Werke, and are originals from 1912. The set includes lots of drawings and technical info, possibly from the designing of this Torpedoboot.

Time period, and what I can see, it appears to be the Torpedobootzerstorer.

Can anyone confirm this? There is no specific name, apart from "Projekt 1417" on all the documents...
