Try "German Warships of World War One", published by the Naval Institute Press of Annapolis, MD. Section 6 of this book, pp. 236-363, contain technical data, photographs, tactics, etc. It's the best collection of technical information on WW I vesels of the Imperial German Navy that I've found.
