thank you for your help, Jerry.
I already have the Jeff's photoetched deck but it's much to thin for my taste, specially because there is are 2 big steps on the top of the hull from the DK sub (on which you are suppose to use a thick pvc deck ).
and I would prefer to make one much thicker (about 2 millimeters ) about the same thickness than the PVC one, using a cnc drilling machine (Step-four).
That's why I'm looking for a detailled plan of the VIIb or early VIIc to make a very accurate one.
In fact I should copy it first into an autocad compatible file, and if some body have any....he will be more than welcome !
