It seems there is a conflict between what this U-96 site says and what is shown here on uboat.net. The above mentioned page of the U-96 site says, that U-96 sank following ships of convoy OB-288:
24.2.1941 Huntingdon, British, 10,946 tons
24.2.1941 Svein Jarl, Norwegian, 1,908 tons
24.2.1941 Sirikishna, British, 5,458 tons
But the uboat.net lists these ships as sunk by U-96 (from Events of this day page):
23.2.1941 Anglo Peruvian, British, 5,457 tons
24.2.1941 Linaria, British, 3,385 tons
24.2.1941 Sirikishna, British, 5,458 tons
The uboat.net claims Svein Jarl for U-69 and doesn\'t mention any ship called Huntingdon among ships sunk of convoy OB-288.
Can anybody make this conflict clear? Thanks in advance.
