Hi Chris

This is what I found about

2 coastal submarines: ex-German type IIB U-Boats (1947)
(U18 and U24)

Survivors of six type IIB u-boats shipped to Constanta in 1942-1943 for service in the Black Sea.They were scuttled as the Germans withdrew, but were salvaged by the Soviets and placed in service by 1947 with the Black Sea Fleet.
Both scrapped in 1960.

4 + 1 submarines: ex-German type VIIC U-Boats (1947)
(U250, U1057, U1058, U1064 and U1305)
( ? , S-81 , S-82 , S-83 and S-84 )

The Soviet Union was allocated three type VIIC and one type VIIC/41(U1305) under
the terms of the 1945 Postdam Agreement. At least one additional unit (U250) and probably others were adquired through the salvage of U-Boats sunk in areas near the Soviet Union, but none of those was placed in active service.
U250 taken in 1944 for technical exploitation.Subsequently broken up.
The others probably stricken during late 1950s.

1 submarine: ex-German type IXC U-Boats (1947)
(U1231)

Surrendered to Royal Navy ob 14th May 1945.British designation N-26.
Allocated to the USSR under the Postdam Agreement; taken over in 1947
and designated B-26.Probably stricken during late 1950s.

4 high speed submarines: ex-German type XXI U-Boats (1947)
(U2529, U3035, U3041, U3515)
( B-27 , B-28 , B-29 , B-30 )

Allocated to the Soviet Union under the terms of the 1945 Postdam Agreement.
They arrived in the Soviet Union during 1947.Three of the four units ended up as floating power barges during the late 1950s with pendants PZS-31, PZS-32 and
PZS-35.
All probably stricken during late 1950s.

2 coastal submarines: ex-German type XXIII U-Boats (1947)
(U2334?, U2353)
( N-13 , N-31 )

U2334? scuttled on 4-5 May 1945 in Baltic.Apparently salvaged by Soviets in
1948.

U2353 Surrendered to Royal Navy on 29th May 1945.British designation N-31.
Allocated to USSR under Postdam Agreement;retained designation N-31.Scrapped
in 1963.
