Crash dive.

Hi all,
I\'ve got yet another little question..

How exactly is a crash dive performed? All ballast tanks are filled and all free personal runs forward to get the nose down as fast as possible. The forward hydroplane is also turned to drive the nose down, now to my question. How is the aft hydroplane turned?

Is it turned to press the rear down so the boat goes down in a more horizontal manner, or do they first lift the rear to tilt the boat even more and let the propellers drive the boat down even faster? And while we are at it, what angle would the they try to get the boat to hold while going down at maximum speed?
