Sorry... I thought the 20 minute reload type was solely aboard the Walther boats since they had hydraulic reloading equipment? The source for this is Dan Van Der Vat\'s Stealth at Sea.
I would have thought that the normal time was a lot longer? The Americans took over forty minutes per tube, let alone per eel! While I\'m ready to concede quite readily that the U-boat arm was superb, this seems highly odd.
