From what i've heard CEP of WW2 torpedoes was expressed by the term 'wander'. This meant how much off its predicted course and torpedo would be after a certain length of run. The Japs 'long lance' torpedo could be up to 400 yards off course after a run of 20000 yards. I don't have any data on German torpedoes 'wander' but i would assume that it would be in the order of a few 10's of meters after a maximum distance run (say 30 metere of wander after 7000 meters traveled).
