the most common and famous missiles(Only for reasons of pubblicity)are:sub-harpoon(variant of the SGM-84A)that is ported in a capsule inside the torpedoe tube launcer,is launced as a torpedoe,arrives vertically to the surface thanks to a gyroscope aand then is launced from the capsule as a missile.
there is a report that the tomahawk missile is also launced from submarines,in the same way of a cruise missile.
thats all i know....
