Hi Derya
Yes; There are several navies that use TAS in their conventional subs.
The Spanish Armada used a British model in one of their Tramontana (Agosta) Class.
After a testing period the program was cancelled, officially due this device is not well suited for Mediterranean operations.
The Scorpene class, next type of submarines for the Spanish Navy, will be able to be fitted with TAS.
The more recent German U212 u-boat design also will use a TAS.

Surely the ex-British Upholder (now Canadian Victoria class), and Swedish Viking
project also can be fitted with.
Unlike the American and Russian arrays, some of the British models(ie: Type 2046) are clipped on, not rolled out. This means that it has to be attached and removed whenever the sub enter of leaves port.
