Yes there was. For some time it was the southern part of the base line for coastal direction finders. The North Sea Radio Line was: Borkum, Nordholz, Wilhelmshaven, List. From memory: the Baltic was Falshoft, Arkona, Stolpmunde, Pillau, Swinemunde, Kiel and Neumunster.
