Hello Sniper,

i have found that tree submarines were used in Sultan Group:
U-38 , U-393 , and U-1008 .

Some submarines of the 18th flotille were used too for the "Gerat" device experimentation : U-A , UD-4 , U-1161 and U-1162 !

I have this infos in two books : "U-2540" , and "U-boot zum model typ XXI".
But no detail how the device was fitted on theses old subs and no pictures !
I would like to find them !
Please if you have ...
