Water Donkey Information?

I recall reading about a device developed by the Kriegsmarine called a water donkey. This was a device towed behind a u-boat that was about the size of a large mine with a simulated u-boat conning tower on top. When a u-boat was under depth charge attack, the donkey would be realeased, and would float to the surface, where it would release an oil slick and other debris and then sink, in an effort to fool the attacking craft into thinking it had sunk the u-boat. Can anyone refer me to any information and/or pictures of this device? Thanks!
