Water tight compartments

Hi There
How many water tight compartments on average were there in a U - Boat, and also roughly what kind of pressure could the water tight doors between these compartments take if one of these were flooded.

One more question, would one bomb from the Hedgehog weapon system cause enought damage to sink a U - Boat.

Any help would be welcome
