Alarm dive means crash dive.
I've never heard "Alarm moving" but it probably refers to the command "Alle Mann voraus". At that command (which was used during an alarm dive) all men who weren't at a duty station ran to the bow torpedo room to change the weight distribution and make the boat dive faster.
If you can watch "Das Boot", you can see what happens when those orders are issued.
