Hi Clio,
Elektra-Sonne was sort of a crude predessesor of the American Loran A (and later C) and the British Decca Radio Navigation System. A Master transmitter in Thuringia and several slave transmitters as far apart as No.Spain and So. Norway were sending timed signals, which could be received by snorkeling Uboats at periscope depths. Interpolation of the relative bearing lines was to give the navigators a reasonably accurate fix. Well, the whole system was not quite ready for prime time yet, but occasionally gave better position fixes than dead reconning for weeks on end.
Not sure about Nauen, but suspect your guess is correct. It might be the code name of one of those slave transmitters.
The British code name the whole system Consolan, if I remember correctly. Rgds, RB
