WW II US Subs had internal sewage tanks for two compartments. Toilets could be used at any depth, and tanks were usually blown daily at periscope depth or on surface to minimize the amount of compressed air to be vented into the boat.
Aft TR had a expulsion toilet which was manually pumped to sea. No known depth limit.
