Unidentified U-Boat part

First and fore all: I am a wreck diver, but by no means a submarine expert. ;-)

During a wreck dive, we found an unidentified object, solidly attached to the hull of an as yet unidentified submarine. It was connected with an axle shaft that looked bent over an approximately right angle. The entire object was made of bronze, brass and/or another copper alloy.

Sorry I can't disclose any more information at this moment.
There is still some research being done under the supervision of our (Belgian) government.
