I sdtrongly suggest Axel Niestle's book "GERMAN U-Boat Losses in WWII" will have the best current information. The footnotes have a lot of detail and the book is autoritative.
ISBN 1-55750641-8
At least in the states it is available on ILL.
I similary am looking for U-boatsd that might have been sunk or damaged by Civil Air Patrol Coastal Patrol Bases. Likewise any proof of CAP attack on any U-boat beyond the CAP claim would be welcome.
CAP had 23 aircrew MIA in WWII and proof of U-boat Flak engament would likewise be new information to anybody in thwe USA.
