Are you aware that the U.S. Navy had a hydrogen peroxide (70%) powered torpedo?
The Mark 16 (sub version)and the Mark 17 (destroyer version) which used anodized
lead screens discs inside a decomposition flask, in which High pressure air and potable water were introduced to create wet steam which was routed through a turbine nozzle to two counter-rotating, vertically-mounted turbines, driving a gearbox which rotated two counter-rotating 4-blade propellor mounted drive shafts.

These were successfully used until the early 1970a.
