Hi Scott thats great so they did go to sea with a lathe.
i would have never thought they would have such tools with all the space limits on a small sub.
i dont think any uk subs built in the last 50 years has such things on board.
THe story i heard was that someone had a ww2 uboat lath and was scraping it.
my mate told em to hold on as he wanted it but by the time the message was received a wrecking ball had smashed it!
