Hi there painted, I think I can help. To my knowledge, the TDC of a u boat requires the speed, bearing, distance and angle of the target relative to the u boat. If the target were to change course, you would have to input the new angle of the target. The same goes for speed and distance. If the target speeds up/down or is going away or towards you, you would have to recalculate some values. Hope this helps.
