<HTML>Please bear in mind that you cannot really call Petropavlovsk an operational unit. She was fitted with 3-203mm guns and acted as a floating battery, unable to move on her own, she could fight (to a certain extent) but not run away, thus lacking the main requirement to be considered a warship: mobility.
