HMS Britomart

<HTML>The HMS Britomart was sunk by friendly fire on August 27th 1944, along with HMS Hussar. HMS Salamander was also attacked and set on fire, but not sunk I believe. My father was a sonar operator aboard the Britomart was she was attacked. He would dearly like to find out which of his mates had perished in this attack, he would also like to contact any survivers. Can anyone help me or suggest ways or places to check for information.
