<HTML>hi Dave, a litle info from 'Conway's - 6 converted whale-catchers escaped from Norway in 06/40, these being the Syrian, Bortind, Nordhav II, Thorodd, Havl V and the Bjerk. Another 22 were eqiped during the war, of the 28 only 11 were retained post war by norway the rest stricken 1946/47 - john</HTML>
