<HTML>Griffin did not capture any subs, the German XPC Julius Pickenpack was captured NW of Aalesund 26/4/40 by a British TG comprising CL Birmingham, DDs Griffin, Acheron & Arrow.
On 20/10/40 Griffin, Gallant & Hotspur sank the Italian sub Lafole' off Melilla, that's as close as she came to a sub.
