Well, I know neither is authoritative, but le Fleming says Derby was sold at Gib, and Lenton & Colledge say she was broken up in Spain, so it sounds a little unlikely that it IS Derby. I must admit, I've never heard any description other than "Hunt", "later Hunt" or "Aberdare" for these vessels.
