The firecontrol superstructure had been removed. Rusting and almost breaking apart.
I think it is only a means for the financier an uruguayan businessman to gain attraction.
The wreck is submerged in sands the currents are dangerously strong and I personally think there will not happen much more.. You can find more details when searching google under GRAF SPEE
