Wickes class Destroyers given to USSR in 1944

Hi,

I'm trying to research destroyer "Zivuchi" ex HMS Richmond ex USS Fairfax. I want to build a model of it. The problem I'm having is finding how it looked like in 1944. Could anyone point me to photos of this ship or ships like it, the way they looked in 1944. Basically any photos of Wickes class/Town class destroyers modified by UK are greatly appreciated.
