Enemies with same Pt#

Hi all,
there were, AFAIK, 2 caases in WWII of ships from difeent Navies with the same Pt# fighting each other. One was U-616 being hunted by DD.616 Nields, I cannot remember which one was the other.
Does anyone have knowledge of this matter?
