Loss of Sidi-Ferruch

Hi all,
this is a longshot but hopefully someone can help: the French sub Sidi-Ferruch left Casablanca at the beginning of the Allied attack and was postulated by US sources to have been sunk on 13/11 in 33.35 N, 07.50 W by patrol planes flying from CVE USS Suwannee.
On that same day, a PBY of VP.92 attacked a sub far to the south, off Villa Cisneros, the French believe this attack sank their boat, since she had transferred some wounded crewmen to a spanish freighter the previous day SW of Safi.
I would like to determine against who these attacks were carried out: does anyone know if there is a report from a uboot in the area to the effect that she sustained an air attack at either location?
The following operated in the general area (grid squares DJ-DH, DU): UD.3 and U-511 to the south of Casablanca (therefore better candidates); U-103, U-108, U-130, U-173 (unlikely since she was at Fedallah), U-509, U-510 and U-572.
I have checked the KTB der BdU up to 15/11 and there is no specific report of an air attack by any boat, but it may have been delayed or not have been received at all.
Any assistance would be appreciated,
regards, Brian
