The Imperial War Museum have a couple of photo's of the Gazelle in their catalogue. If you go to:
[www.iwmcollections.org.uk]

and type Gazelle in 'subject' you will see them.

As to her post-war career -
In November 1946 she was at Portsmouth, removing RN equipment, and sailed for the USA 29 November. Returned to the control of the US Navy at Norfolk Virginia, 13 December 1946 and laid up. Sold 17 July 1947 for scrap.
