Russian Warship Sinking

I'm trying to find some information regarding the sinking of a Russian Warship in about 1919. The Royal Navy Ship HMS Rightwhale from what I understand went to help. I think the Rightwhale was based at Scapaflow.

I would like to know the name of the Russian Ship, and any dates.
