H.M.S.Meteor

During W.W.2 my uncle John Mooney served aboard H.M.S.Meteor. I can find records of her service in the arctic convoys and the battle of the North Cape, but nothing about her service in the North Africa landings I know he, my uncle, took part in that operation because of his campaign medal, the Africa Star with bar for North Africa 1942. Can anybody help
