USS - 229 Flying Fish post 1945

I am looking for a photo and more information about this sub, her crew, and stories from any relatives or crew members. My father, Ernest T. Jacobs was a crew member about 1945 through 1948. He would like photos and to hear from other crew members he knew. Please email. Many thanks!
