HMCS Dunver inquiry into losses on HX 305

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to go about finding the above mentioned inquiry and any other relevent papers. The inquiry was held on 15 Sept 1944 and involved the sinking of the Rescue Vessel Pinto and the Whale Oil tanker Empire Heritage. The writer's cousin was lost on the Pinto.
